What We Do

We remove — or suppress — negative reviews, complaints, and harmful content across the platforms that shape buying decisions.

How We Do It

Policy-mapped dispute filings, escalation through platform trust & safety teams, and legal or GDPR paths when applicable.

Timeframes

Platforms We Cover

Eleven platforms. Eleven playbooks. Every case handled by hand.

  • Google Business Profile

    Estimated removal window

    10 – 21 days

Policy-violating reviews are flagged, documented, and escalated through Google Business Profile support channels when appropriate — with the evidence packaging Google's trust & safety team actually acts on.

  • Yelp

    Estimated removal window

    30 – 45 days

Yelp is typically one of the most difficult platforms. Reviews are handled through carefully structured dispute submissions with proper pacing to respect Yelp's manual review process — over-filing gets tickets closed, so timing matters.

  • Trustpilot

    Estimated removal window

    21 – 28 days

Reviews are disputed directly through the Trustpilot platform. Legal, defamation, or GDPR-based requests are used when the content warrants that escalation path.

  • BBB — Better Business Bureau

    Estimated removal window

    30 – 45 days

Reviews and complaints are handled through the BBB's formal dispute process on a case-by-case basis, with documentation aligned to their published review standards.

  • Ripoff Report

    Estimated suppression window

    30 – 60 days

Ripoff Report content is typically not removed directly. The recommended strategy is SEO suppression — pushing the offending page off page one of Google through authoritative content and structured signals.

  • Facebook / Meta

    Estimated removal window

    14 – 28 days

Policy violation reports are submitted through Meta's review channels with additional escalation through Meta business support when available — with the documentation trail their reviewers need.

  • Glassdoor

    Estimated removal window

    30 – 45 days

Employer disputes are submitted through Glassdoor's formal review process and are highly effective when reviews violate community guidelines, contain false claims, or breach identifying-detail rules.

  • Indeed

    Estimated removal window

    7 – 21 days

Reviews are handled through direct platform dispute submissions when the content violates Indeed's community and content policies — one of the faster platforms when the case is clean.

  • Reddit

    Estimated removal window

    14 – 28 days

Policy violation reports are submitted for posts, thread comments, and name mentions. Highly effective when content violates Reddit's sitewide rules or specific community standards.

  • Angi (formerly Angie's List)

    Estimated removal window

    30 – 45 days

Reviews are handled through an enhanced dispute process, with supporting documentation submitted through the platform's dedicated review channels.

  • Houzz

    Estimated removal window

    21 – 28 days

Reviews are disputed directly through the Houzz platform when they violate review, business profile, or content guidelines.

Why Our Process Works

Removal isn't a form submission — it's evidence-building. Here's the difference between filing a complaint and actually getting content taken down.

  • Every dispute is documented, evidenced, and mapped to the specific policy the review violates.
  • We escalate through the right channel — trust & safety, business support, or legal — instead of guessing.
  • We pace filings to respect each platform's queue, so nothing gets auto-closed for over-submission.
  • Every engagement is backed by our 100% money-back guarantee — no removal, no charge, period.
100% Ironclad Guarantee — No Removal, No Charge

No Removal. No Charge. Period.

Every removal engagement on every platform above is backed by our 100% money-back guarantee. If the targeted review is still live at the end of the disclosed work window, you are entitled to a full refund of the removal fee for that review — no forms, no fine-print gymnastics.

Individual results may vary. Removal timelines and outcomes depend on the platform, review content, and case specifics.

  • Review or link identified by a working public URL or provider-verified review ID at the time of intake.
  • Review remains live and accessible on the originating platform when work begins.
  • Completed the e-signed service agreement and provided accurate business information.
  • Have not separately contacted the reviewer, the platform, or a third-party agency about the same review during our active work window.
Refund Window
  • Standard work window: up to 30 days from order confirmation for most Google reviews. Yelp and harmful links may take 2–6 weeks; the estimated window is disclosed before payment.
  • Automatic refund trigger: if the targeted review is still live at the end of the disclosed work window, you are entitled to a full refund of the removal fee for that review.
  • Refund request deadline: claims must be submitted within 14 days after the work window closes.
  • Processing time: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
  • The review is removed, edited, or hidden by the reviewer or platform before our work begins.
  • The review is re-posted under a different account, URL, or platform after a successful removal (a new order is required).
  • Chargebacks are initiated before a refund request has been submitted to and reviewed by our team.
How We Work
  • We file through the platforms' official channels; we do not hack, bribe, impersonate, or fabricate content.
  • We reserve the right to decline cases we do not believe we can win. If we decline before work begins, you are not charged.
  • The guarantee applies to the removal fee for the specific review(s) we are unable to remove — not to bundled add-ons or third-party costs noted separately at checkout.
