Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and to request access, deletion, correction, or limited use of sensitive information. Reputation Medics honors these rights for all U.S. residents regardless of state of residency.
How we verify your request
To protect your information, we use a two-step verification: (1) you submit this form, and (2) you click the one-time link we email to the address provided. We match the verified email to records we hold about you. For deletion and correction requests involving sensitive data, we may request additional information to confirm identity to a reasonably high degree of certainty, as permitted by 11 CCR § 7062.
Authorized agents
Authorized agents may submit on a consumer's behalf with written permission. Email a signed authorization to privacy@reputationmedics.com referencing your submitted request number.
No retaliation
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights. Service pricing and quality remain unchanged.
Response timeline
We confirm receipt within 10 business days of verification and substantively respond within 45 calendar days, with one possible 45-day extension upon notice to you.
