Fresno, California and the surrounding metro. Filing is handled remotely.
Short answer
A plastic surgery practice in Fresno, California is picked out of a map pack, and Google names review count and review score as inputs to the prominence half of that ranking. Reputation Medics files reviews that break Google's published policies, remotely, at $397 per Google review and $697 per Yelp review. Pay upfront. If the specific Google review is not removed within 30 days of payment, or a Yelp review or other-platform item is not removed within 90 days of payment, we refund the removal fee to your original payment method. No claim or form needed. We review and issue it within 5 business days. Pay upon removal: save a card, pay $0 today, and pay $50 more per item only once each removal is documented. No refund term applies because nothing is charged before removal.
Yes. We file for businesses in Fresno and the surrounding California metro. There is no office to visit and nothing to sign in person: the filing runs through the same reporting channels Google and Yelp publish, so the work happens remotely and the price is identical to any other city.
$397 per Google review, $697 per Yelp review, $497 per harmful link on another site. No retainer, no city surcharge, no travel charge.
No one can promise that, and we do not. Google publishes three factors for local results, relevance, distance and prominence, and states that review count and review score sit inside prominence along with links and mentions. Removal takes a policy-violating review out of that score. What Google does with the ranking afterward is Google's call. Google, Yelp, and the sites we file with make the final removal decision. For upfront payments, what we guarantee is the refund of the removal fee, reviewed and issued by us, if the item remains live past the applicable 30-day or 90-day deadline.
Only reviews that breach a published platform policy: a review from someone who was never a customer, a competitor posting as a customer, personal attacks, off-topic content, spam, or a review left on the wrong business. An honest complaint from a real Fresno customer stays up, and we will tell you that before you pay rather than after.
Typical transaction is worth about $2,500 in revenue. The value and basis use a labeled cross-industry default, not trade data. The searcher who picked the profile above yours never shows up in any report you can read.
HCAI's 2025 survey data estimates about 18 actively working physicians in Fresno County who list plastic surgery as their specialty, far fewer than in the coastal counties we cover. The state health department lists 19 open, Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery centers with a Fresno address.
Fresno had an estimated 555,549 residents in July 2025. Its median household income, $70,991, is the lowest of the eight California cities we cover, and 50.9% of residents are Hispanic or Latino (Census).
Our view: with fewer surgeons to choose from, patients compare a short list of profiles and read each one closely. We report the reviews on those profiles that break platform policy.
The FTC's consumer review rule makes it unlawful to offer compensation or other incentives for reviews that express a particular sentiment, positive or negative. FTC warning letters in December 2025 cited civil penalties of up to $53,088 per violation.
Google's policy separately bars businesses from offering payment, discounts or free services in exchange for a review, and from selectively asking only satisfied customers for reviews.
The FTC rule also requires an officer or manager who writes a review of their own business to clearly disclose that relationship.
The quoted line under each heading is Google's own wording. The second line is what it means for a plastic surgery practice in Fresno carrying a review that breaks policy.
How well a local Business Profile matches what someone searched for.
Category, services and profile detail carry this one. A review never makes a profile more relevant, but review text does get read by people comparing two profiles that match equally well.
How far each possible search result is from the location term used in a search.
Nothing about a review changes distance. This is why a shop can rank in the map pack and still lose the call to the business one rating point higher.
How well known a business is, which Google states includes review count and review score along with links, articles and directories.
This is the factor a policy-violating review touches. A fake one-star sits in the same score Google reads as prominence, and it sits there until the platform removes it.
Each figure is revenue to the business, with estimates and examples labeled inline. No trade body publishes job values or margins for this trade, so the figures below are a labeled cross-industry default, not trade-specific data.
| Job | Value (revenue) | Basis |

You pay the removal fee upfront so we can begin work. If a specific Google review is not removed within 30 days of payment, or a Yelp review or other-platform item is not removed within 90 days of payment, we refund that item's removal fee to your original payment method after our review. No claim or form is required. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the applicable deadline. Google, Yelp, and other third-party sites make the final removal decision. Pay upon removal: save a card, pay $0 today, and pay $50 more per item only once each removal is documented. No refund term applies because nothing is charged before removal.
Same process, same price. Filing is handled remotely.
