Can you remove bad reviews from my store?
- Only reviews that break the platform's published rules are eligible, and the platform decides. We identify and document those reviews and report them through the official process. Genuine negative reviews stay up.
Do I need access to my Google listing?
- Not for monitoring, policy-based reporting or guest-feedback reports. Drafting replies requires access to your store's listing. Check with your McDonald's contacts who manages it.
Can you cover all of my restaurants?

Will a better rating increase my sales?
- We can't promise that. Research shows chain restaurants' revenue moves far less with ratings than independents'. What the research does show is that most consumers screen businesses by star rating, recency and owner responses.
