We submit reports under each platform’s content policies. A documented policy violation supports a report, but Google, Yelp or Trustpilot makes the final decision. Paying for our assistance does not buy removal from the platform.
Can every bad review be removed?
No. A fair, honest review that follows the rules stays up. Your free check tells you which reviews qualify before you spend anything.
Will the customer know?
No. Requests go to the platform, not the reviewer. Your name is not attached to anything public.
What does it cost?
You see the exact price for each review before you agree to anything. The free check costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Google, Yelp and Trustpilot review removal
Each platform has its own reporting process. Start with the rules, keep your evidence and remember the platform decides the outcome.
How to remove a Google review
To request Google review removal, identify the specific policy violation before reporting the review. Keep the review link and evidence of fake engagement, a conflict of interest or prohibited content. Disagreeing with a customer’s experience is not a removal reason.
Yelp review removal starts with reporting content that breaks Yelp’s guidelines. Explain the issue and provide supporting evidence. A review being negative does not make it removable. Yelp’s recommendation filter and a policy-based removal are different outcomes.
For Trustpilot review removal, check the applicable guidelines and flag the review using the appropriate reason. Preserve the review URL and evidence supporting your report. Trustpilot decides whether the content violates its rules. A low star rating alone is not enough.
